Emilee Stoll, LMSW
Psychotherapist
I am a highly sensitive, LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist with experience working with individuals across diverse backgrounds and life experiences. I value authentic connection because I believe that healing happens when we can show up as our truest selves. It is my job to help my clients reconnect with their inner wisdom and strengths, as well as develop new skills. Finding this authenticity requires safety, as our most vulnerable parts often hold the keys to our greatest growth. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients to explore these tender places as they process past trauma and current stressors that contribute to feelings of loneliness, anxiety, and discontent.
My approach is intentionally eclectic, drawing from both traditional and holistic healing practices. I use a mix of EMDR, Parts work, Expressive Arts, Motivational Interviewing, Self Compassion work, Boundary Setting work, DBT, and other holistic modalities to help clients understand how past experiences shape current patterns and identify new ways of being that better serve them.
Should you feel called to reach out and connect, I would be honored to hear your story and be a part of your healing journey.

Psychotherapist
When past experiences cast long shadows over the present, even small moments can feel overwhelming. Many of the people I work with struggle with the impact of trauma, anxiety, depression, shame, or grief—often tied to painful early experiences or relational wounds. They come to therapy wanting to understand themselves more fully, feel less alone in their pain, and find a more stable way forward. Through a relational, client-centered process rooted in compassion, we will work together to make sense of those experiences and build something more grounded, connected, and true for you.
I offer a space that invites curiosity, compassion, and a deeper connection to the self. Through therapies like EMDR and Brainspotting, I can help clients access what words alone cannot always reach. Our work is collaborative, attuned, and shaped by your needs, your pace, your readiness for change, and always grounded in care.
You deserve a space where you do not have to explain away your feelings or hold everything alone. I offer a therapeutic relationship built on presence, care, and curiosity, where your experience is met with respect and compassion. If you're ready to begin or unsure of where to start, I welcome you to reach out. We’ll move at your pace, together.

Delila Hennek, LMSW
Psychotherapist
My approach is both person-centered and collaborative—this means I view you as the expert in your own life, and my role is to support you in uncovering and nurturing the tools and strengths you already carry within. At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens in safe, trusting relationships—where you are seen, heard, and supported without judgment. I believe people are inherently resilient, and that with the right support, we can reconnect to parts of ourselves that may have been silenced, shamed, or forgotten. As a Latina therapist, I hold a deep respect for the impact of culture, identity, and lived experience in shaping how we move through the world. I value holding space for the complexities of generational trauma, cultural expectations, and the process of redefining your path. Therapy with me is not about fixing you—because you’re not broken. It’s about creating a space where you can be fully yourself, explore your story with compassion, and move toward the life you want.
